Dental Insurance
Dental insurance plans vary greatly from patient to patient. Each plan is designed by your employer and insurance provider, so coverage, frequencies, limitations, and annual maximums are unique to you.
As a courtesy, our office submits claims to your insurance company on your behalf and collects the portion they pay. Patients are responsible only for the amount not covered by their plan at the time of service.
We accept all dental insurance plans, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
To help us serve you better, please provide your insurance information prior to your appointment, along with any details you have about your coverage. Without this information, we cannot accurately determine what your plan includes or excludes.
Due to privacy legislation, we do not have access to your full personal plan details unless you share them with us. We strongly encourage patients to understand their own benefits. If you have questions about your coverage, your insurance provider or employer is the best source for the most accurate information.
We are always happy to help track your benefits and provide estimates of your expected out-of-pocket costs.
Claims & Estimates
Claims are submitted electronically whenever possible at the time of payment for faster reimbursement.
Pre-determinations are sent to insurers when required.
Treatment estimates are always available upon request.
